No two clients come to us with the same vision, and no two MSD DesignZ pieces are ever alike.
Custom work starts with communication. Whether you have a detailed concept or a general feeling you want to capture, artist Michael Davenport works closely with you to shape your final design. From material selection and burn intensity to engraving details, epoxy colors and finishes, you’re involved throughout the process.
For custom work, the more detail you provide, the better the result. For laser engraving, reference images may be submitted. For original designs, progress photos and updates are shared along the way.
Timelines for custom projects range from 24 hours to several weeks, depending upon the project’s complexity. Deposits required on all custom work.
